Chapter Twenty Two: A Glimpse of the Projector Sword

Avila Edwards was filled with so much fear. Her projector sword has shown her a vision of the future that is full of gloom and danger, done in a cruel manner of apocalyptic in nature.

She was dragged into this unwanted state by her own camera stick that involuntarily provided her a quick projection of the things to come, but was already happening in the future in whatever time segment it was unfolding, whether in this sacred home space or a foreign dimension still unknown to her.

The visions came to her in a very abrupt way; it was very real and her senses experienced everything that such future had to offer, she even tasted the crisp morning air, witness the resolve of goodness, as well as the forces of darkness in such fatal revelation that her dreams took the form.

However, in a condition she cannot quite understand, the visions were clearly manifested in her mind as she focused her gaze on the projector sword, and she was very much convinced from then on that the camera sticks of the Legendary Spies have something to do with the effect of the prophecy or an involuntary Agreement of the future which she has vividly seen.

The urban legends themselves offers a clue as to the nature and circumstances of the future, and it is as sure to arrive as perfect as the horrendous scenes that she have seen, experienced, and heard.

In the series of dreams, there were dragons and angels and other mythical creatures that were fighting in a Holy War; it is the crucial event in the culmination of this universe, and mainly referring to the dimension inhabited by the human beings as an event that is certain to come. But what horrified her further was the vision of her kind, the legendary spies, fighting alongside the fierceness of the Dragons and directly attacking the Angels and everything good in character. Those details were so clear in her memory that she could feel the danger and the severity of what was happening in one of the most important visions she ever had. The threat, in this sense, is of such peril greater than the consequences when breaking the clauses of an impossible bond.

Normally, she would attribute such detailed nightmares to be the sinister doing of the abuse created by the Playwrights. But this time, her intuition was telling her something else. It does not come from a simple case.  Something secret and gruesome are definitely involved.

As the flashbacks of the same nature of visions continue to haunt her even in her consciousness, she was determined to eventually fully realize what was wrong with the situation, and describe whatever was happening in her mind to be a product of an unknown illness or disorder.

It is most certainly a disease, she had thought. But what is it?

She gathered all the remaining strength that she could to focus on her projector sword anew, and get into the same haunting visions. This time, it took awhile before she was lost in her thoughts, and then the projector sword has shown her another vision.

This time, it was Angel Adamus whom she saw.
