I, Jacob Reuel James, PB (the sanctioned postnominal, in witness of membership of the Society), of sound mind and person of faith, hope, and love, in my official capacity as Secretary-General of the most secretive and fantastical association of The Terces Society, ordained and affirmed to be the truthful and factual witness by our most capable founder, Pietro Bergamo, PB, in the order of his most competent acts inspired by the Court of Eros, Greek God and Roman Equivalent, do hereby certify to the best of my ability and honor, as well as to rival and stop the orders of the Midnight Sun, executed under the pain of the certainty of Hell, the Fourth, Fear of the Purgatory and other penal Dominions of the Court of Hades, Greek God, Loyal Companion in the Service of the mortal and of the Gods, in the fullness of Communion with the noble command of the great Zeus, Lord of Lightning, of the parallel Roman Equivalent, of the most efficacious Gallant Procedural Transformation of the Faith and Humanly Possible Social Constructs of Divinity, the following list of The Twelve Tribes in its most correct and purported form, according to the manner it was recorded within the rolls of this Secretariat, at the same performance of the will I hereby affirm:

1. The Unicorns;
2. The Cyborgs;
3. Leprechauns and other Dwarves;
4. Humanity, Angels, and other Humanoids;
5. Illustrators or the Magicians of Value;
6. Wizards and Witches;
7. Vampires;
8. Werewolves;
9. Fantastical Creatures (as it was the case and nature of Quiche Lorraine) and the Beasts;
10. Clockworks or Robotics;
11. Goblins, Christmas Descendants in the Order, and other Predicate Classifications;
12. The Dementors, Ghosts, and variants of the gruesome and mortifying Entity of Aliens, Urban Legends, Monsters, and other similar Effects.

And that, while careful consideration has been duly accorded in the faithful reproduction of this instrument bearing the knowledge of the subject matter herein enumerated, said information is not a guaranteed representation of the truths and the facts as hereby contained if, by the employment of absolute reason and the efficacious analysis of the multivariate cause and effect, or by the metaphysical force of the cosmos, both known and unknown, to this office or by subsequent discovery of the same, operating as de facto, de jure or otherwise, with official proclamation of the patents pronouncing the same, notwithstanding.

In view of these premises, and by the legal effects of the foregoing, the trade mark of the Great Seal is affixed herein, together with my hand on the date specified, as the same is being issued strictly for general reference purposes only.

In determining the official roster of the Legendary Affiliation of the Twelve Tribes, and other associated Members therein, it is strongly advised that the Court of Ethicists be consulted, in view of the responsible appraisal for the enacted accountability and sincerity of the same purpose of the execution of the will.

To verify the truthfulness of this instrument, you may refer to the prescribed avenues of the sanctioned diplomatic channels for sufficient guidance, as it may be appropriate.

This document is not immune to the effects of bad luck or other subsequent application of the Fates, as it travels far and wide, among and within the dimensions. The employment of extreme caution is, therefore, warranted in this instance.
