The Volturi has unofficially taken upon themselves to be the sovereign protectors of all affairs related to the vampire world, and operate from the city of Volterra, Italy, where it was formally established some 3,000 years ago. It remains to be the largest coven of powerful vampires known to exist, followed closely by the Olympic and the Denali covens. Carlisle Cullen lived with them for a while in his early years before he came to America. However, they do not follow a "vegetarian" diet (feeding from animals instead of humans). The Volturi deal swiftly and decisively with anything they consider a threat to their city or to the vampire world; for example, they protect vampires in secret. They destroy anyone who attempts to destroy them or resist their authority, and at Caius's insistence, have hunted Werewolves (true werewolves, not shape-shifters) to near extinction in Europe and Asia because of their superior strength and fatal bite. The Volturi also attempted to wipe out their second rival, the Fay.
These various civilizations of vampires that later on became prosperous and propagated in all corners of the globe all started in an underpinning fundamentals of the fictional world, which is very much similarly situated with the most secretive worlds of the wizardkind as well as werewolves, all together becoming metaphysically possible through the functions of human creativity, the impetus of love, the forces of the comos, or even from the remnants of the divine, all taken in a general sense.
Films will always capture these unknown details gloriously and ceremonially. The visual medium serves the very foundation of the vocation entrusted to the world of Fantasy, a truly noble mission formidably associated with value creation.
For words are things themselves, indeed; what we continuously think, we therefore become.
The power of these words in decibel form has always been a major debate in the parallel universes of time and space (mainly the motivation of the establishment of the Parallelogram Office), and the said topic has been exhaustively been debated in the different time periods and era, however, without achieving greater and lasting success.
And while vampires have developed a certain way of lifestyle that ultimately aids their desire to remain hidden, by the introduction of a vegetarian diet ultimately evolving to be the prevalent practice, especially those Vampires seeking refuge in the dense forests of North America. Many has desired to leave the European continent and cross the Atlantic in order to avoid any further clashes and escalation with the Volturi coven, in particular, those who had been associated with their biggest challenger, the Fay.
However, the mystery of existence has caught up with the world of Fantasy as well; but now, self-interest was not the only driving force of the Vampires wanting to continue to exist, but it is far more important and relatively dangerous to the presence of the symptoms of metaphysical effects. In fact, the perilous journey from which the universe must defend itself from now on, points to the Evil One as the master manipulator and the greatest liar that the universe has ever known.
Even Vampires were too weak to resist being seduced by the provision of limitless power.
The knowledge of good and evil, and the quick transmission of temptation from consciousness to consciousness, are only two of the missing pathogens that is known to eternally destroy the soul. As sensitive as the situation is meant to transpire, many souls are undead; that although still existing, but had long been gone.
It is this fatal disease called Soulpox.
